Description
- Podcast Show setup includes our standard transformation script setup, one (1) voice clone into a Digital Voice, overall configuration, onboarding, and activation of the Show within Network’s production, distribution, hosting, and operational systems, on all Platform-Dependent Infrastructure and all Distributor RSS feed submissions. Producer must provide all Show assets reasonably requested by Network, including voice recordings, transformation script rules, branding materials, artwork, descriptions, metadata and other related materials necessary for the setup. Includes the first thirty (30) days of Episode Processing and Publication from the date of subscription.
- Videocast Show setup includes all elements of Podcast Show setup plus configuration for posting video to social media sites Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok, X and YouTube. Producer must provide all Show assets reasonably requested by Network, including images, content templates, social media account credentials and other related materials necessary for the setup. Includes the first thirty (30) days of Clip Processing and Publication from the date of subscription.

Description
- Recurring monthly Episode Processing fee at an Episodes per Show volume commitment not exceeding eight (8) Episodes per month. Service includes creation of Post Production Media from Pre Production Content, including editing, formatting, enhancement, rendering, processing, transcription, captioning, voice generation, or other production services provided by Network. Price includes a total of 40 audio processing runs per month for all Episodes combined. Processing runs are measured using a rolling 30 day window.
- Recurring monthly Episode Processing fee at an Episodes per Show volume commitment exceeding eight (8) Episodes per month. Service includes creation of Post Production Media from Pre Production Content, including editing, formatting, enhancement, rendering, processing, transcription, captioning, voice generation, or other production services provided by Network. Price includes a total of five (5) audio processing runs times the total number of monthly Episodes committed to allocated across all Episodes combined. Processing runs are measured using a rolling 30 day window.

- Podcast Publishing Per Episode Fee – $25
Description
- Episode Publishing fees include processing through Platform-Dependent Infrastructure, RSS feed handling to Distributors and Episode posting on Network website and Profiles. Episode Publishing requires a monthly commitment to a fixed number of Episodes per Show and commitment service charges apply regardless of whether or not all commitment Episodes are processed during the applicable month. Episode Publishing fees are paid in advance and are not refundable. Unused commitment Episodes do not carry over to the following month. The minimum Episode commitment is two (2) Episodes per month.

Description
- Removes publishing to Comma Summa owned media Distributors. Does not remove publishing to Comma Summa non-Distributor owned media. Producer is solely responsible for submitting RSS feeds to their owned media Distributors.
- The Podcast and Videocast Show Set Up fees include the cloning of one (1) voice into a Digital Voice using Producer Voice Assets. For each additional cloning of Producer Voice Assets into a Digital Voice, a one-time fee applies. Producer shall provide audio recordings and other materials reasonably required by Network to create the Digital Voice.
- For each instance where a request is made to change, remove or add to, the transformation script used to modify the Pre Production Content into Post Production Media a one-time fee applies. Includes up to Ten (10) modifications per request.
- A fee applies for each request made to change, remove or add to, an element of the initial Show setup, excluding voice cloning and transformation script changes, subsequent to the publication of a Show’s first Episode, including but not limited to, changes in Digital Voice configurations and adding a Digital Voice.
